I made the Spicy Yogurt dip last week and loved it so I
thought I would put my own spin on it!
I prepared the yogurt cheese per the directions in the 17
Day Diet book but replacing the ingredients with Dill weed, Parsley,
onion powder, and a pinch of low sodium Seasoned salt. All ingredients are
added to taste but make sure you add them a little at a time so you don’t end
up with too much of one flavor.
Stick the mixture in the fridge for a few hour to let the
ingredients mingle and bam you got some super tasty veggie dip. Best part is it
tastes just like the dill dip my grandmother used to make using sour cream and
i made the spicy yogurt over the weekend and added the dill weed & and kept all the original ingredients….took it to work and thumbs up from my tasters.
