Grilled Turkey Tenderloins - Cycle 1
Blend all ingredients together in shallow pan for marinade with turkey tenderloins. Add turkey, turning to coat both sides. Cover and marinate in refrigerator several hours, turning occasionally. Grill steaks over hot coals 6-8 minutes per side, depending on thickness. Turkey tenderloins are done when there is no pink in center of meat. Do not over cook. Serves 3-4. If you do not want to use sherry or wine, use a flavored vinegar.
Double the recipe and freeze individually to enjoy later!
