I have really been looking at food labels since starting the program. I am almost near the end of cycle 2. I have not yet been able to acquire the taste and texture of greek yogurt yet.
I have been eating a Kroger brand yogurt called CARBmaster.
The average carbs per 6oz container (4g) calories 60 (3g) of sugar and (1.5g) fat. The container says that it is a Cultured Lowfat Dairy Blend. Is this product considered yogurt and does it count as a probiotic serving.

Others have been eating CARBmaster yogurt as well.  As long as it says “Live and active cultures”, then it is a probiotic.  If you are having a hard time eating them, there are also probiotic supplements you can take.

Yes! I think the term probiotics refers to the good bacteria that is in yogurt/kefir products.
