Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Wash & dry kale thoroughly & cut into small pieces (about 2″×2″)
Sprinkle kale with olive oil (measure out so you don’t overdo it) & stir
Place on un-insulated cookie sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes…watch carefully & take them out when the edges begin to brown
Sprinkle lightly with sea salt, kosher salt or seasoned salt
They should be very light and crispy
Great snack, appetizer, side dish

Note: they don’t get as crispy if you salt them before baking
