i haven’t been able to have an orgasm during intercourse since my first time. i can during oral but that’s it. i need some help i want to be able to make love and have fun.

Hi, I just posted a question to the doctors about this same problem. I used to have them all of the time but now I can’t. It is frustrating, and I don’t want my husband to feel like he can’t satisfy me- he can in other ways though. I hope the doctors can think of something besides “try more foreplay” (like my obgyn says).

deannal – My fiance and I were like that for a bit..I found it was becasue our cmmunication had broke down and we have a very strong bond. Our relationship is based on communication, so it was causeing hurt feelings which were keeping us from enjoying our lovemaking..so make sure its not something other than your lovemanking poking in an interferring with with your lovemaking :)

There is nothing wrong with you, you just have to figure yourself out yourself before you can teach your man how to please you :). Though there can be medical reasons, most likely you just havent learned you body wellenough yet :) Experiment and get to know your body.

Still waiting for a doctors suggestion. It has to be the multiple sclerosis- I have orgasms, just not through intercourse. I will keep researching.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that I’m almost 42 years old and have NEVER had an orgasm during intercourse – only through clitoris stimulation either by masturbation or oral stimulation. I have had many different relationships/partners over the years and none of them have been able to bring me to orgasm through just intercourse. I have a very active, enjoyable sexual appetite and enjoy intercourse, but just can’t reach the big O during penetration. I’ve since found out that there are just some women who can’t achieve orgasms during intercourse. I explained this to my current boyfriend and he knows my situation and does not feel inadequate as a lover. Instead he will either give me oral stimulation, rub my clitoris himself or while he’s inside me, I rub my clitoris till I reach my orgasm. And there are many times when I’ll just let him reach his climax while I just enjoy the sexual experience without me reaching orgasm. It is pleasurable nonetheless and I enjoy seeing him satisfied. Whether I have an orgasm or not, I have a very fulfilling and satisfying sex life and enjoy it immensely.
