does breast reduction cause a woman to lose feeling in her breasts? and is there a method for breast reduction that will decrease the likelihood of losing feeling in my breast?

I had breast reduction 6 yrs ago i don’t have total loss of feeling but they r definately not sensative anymore. I am also curious on this?
