I’ve been having sex for over 1 year now and it still hurts as bad as the first time I had sex. Has anyone else experienced this or do anyone have any ideas why I could still be experiencing pain?

I would or have you seen your gyny doc.
Do you get enough forplay? mabey try a glass of wine before hand ,
you could try having a hot bath before intercouse,
you could try lubricant or have you?
I hope you could try a few of these or a combo of two.
How long does the pain last?
Is your partner penis too big?

well this can be one of many things. 1) pain in the beginning can be caused by his vs. your size. when i was starting to get involved in sex, i gradually built myself up to the gurth of a penis…kinda breaking myself in so to speak. this makes the tension and trauma of penitration less and easier to take and recover from. 2) the pain might be from technique. maybe it is going a little too rough for your body to handle right now. i would in this case, to take it slow and use lube to ease things along. 3) if the previous ones dont help too much, i would suggest going to ur gyno cuz it could be something medical or they would have a better idea of a cause. im sure it will be an easy fix.

Maybe vaginismus. Definitely see your gynecologist.

I have the same issue with pain while tring to have sex (& with a pap). I have had a baby, seen a gyno, tried lube, and I have not found anything to help. The gyno didn’t even make any suggestions ( it was a male dr though). It has been an issue for years now. If anyone has any other suggestions other than the ones already mention, it would be nice to hear.
