Your daughter is addorable! If you are experiencing spuratic coverage & it is effecting your daughters health (or may do so) I reccomend moving to Canada. This may not be practical, but it may be the only way to ensure your daughter gets the care she needs at no expense. Both Toronto & Calgary have absolutely AMAZING children's hospitals. Your daughters life should be the #1 priority!
