Day 4

Day 4 of the 17 day diet. Went better. Angel finally weight and he has lost 11 pounds. He is doing really and he is more excited about the diet.

I have at the end of day 4 lost 8 pounds. I'm so excited!!! Our friends are doing the diet as well and have lost over 5lb each. 

Day 3

Day 3 of the 17 day diet. It was good. Angel is still not happy with it but he is still sticking to it. So Far I have lost 7 pounds.

Day 2

Day 2 of the 17 day diet!!! I'm still so excited!!! Angel not so much yet maybe after a couple of more days.

I have lost 5 pound in 2 days.

Day 1

Well I order the 17 day diet book and got it the other day. I was so excited. Today is Day 1 for me and my husband, Angel. I feel fine so far. Angel is acting like he is starving, but he will get over it. I so excited to start the 17 day diet.

I'm hoping for great results.
