In my free moments, I would just do whatever I'd be pleased doing-- being quiet to being active in a variety of ways-- some in  healthy ways and in some, not.. Im not a smoker, i don't drink, i love veggies but i also have i tooth for unhealthy stuff.. I want to live a healthy lifestyle  but i don't find it easy to maintain due to my current job location..  I love positivity. I love the fact that each day is a chance given by God.. A chance to make it up to shortcomings, to make beautiful changes, to deal with feelings and act to each concern.. we may not always make it right in life, but as long as we live, i believe, we have the CHANCE to think about things and decide how to act on it. ^___^. A CHANCE to CHANGE.
