I was watching your show, and I realized that i miss the beginning of when you were explaining about PMS.. well I have been suffering from PMS. I have severe cramping 10 to 13 days of cramping every 4-6 hours before my period. My husband simply says take a pill.. but as soon as menstral it stops completely during my cycle.. It happens like clock work, every month.. did i say every month.. Can you help a sista out..  Elaine and I am not insane!
