I am looking for it in New York state, I have found https://www.medilinq.com/ but that seems a little fishy really.

GoBlue (offered from Blue Cross/ Blue Shield)  Pays $50 for Dr.'s and 100% of lab work, goes by age for a monthly fee (I am 50 and pay $43 a month).  Call them and find a plan that works best for you and your needs.  P.S. this may only be available in Florida, so forgive me if this is so!
