Retired Nurse, widowed for one year, after caring for quadriplegic husband for 16yrs. Over 60. I don't eat regularly. I have a "bad" knee. I do yoga at a fitness center twice a week. I need to lose 40-50 lbs. I have recently started dating and now have more incentive to get in shape. I am also concerned about the affect my weight has on my joints, especially my knees. I am not well self disciplined. I start out great, but my follow through is poor. I love fruits and veggies. Not a big meat eater.
