I'm 44, and a RELUCTANT COUCH-POTATO! I am disabled with Fibromyalgia and severe Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I Facebook a lot to keep up with friends, since I don't actually have the energy to do it in person. :( The FM/CFS messes with my brain and sometimes I forget stuff completely - like it never happened! And it makes learning things very hard. I still don't understand FB well and I'm absolutely lost here.

My head has a positive attitude about it, but my emotions not so much. As soon as I figure out how to deal with the CFS, I think I'll have something to offer again. But my head knows that I am not on hold until then!I'm still here, so I believe God has a purpose for me.

I am under dr. orders to not exercize and absolutely no cardio! It is driving me bonkers. Am hoping to have enough energy soon that she'll lift that restriction! How can one lose weight without exercize? LOL!

I've been married 23 years, we have a son (22). I love cats! Our 4 are a bit of a burden on bad days, but they keep me sane! I record The Doctors everyday! Don't know what I would do without DVR technology!

I don't know if I'll be very active here; besides my brain, it's too hard to stay cramped over my PC for long. (FB I manage via iPhone.) Feel free to friend me, but I might not answer for awhile. Unless we can meet on FB, lol.
