I have been on this diet for 2 full cycles and have been feeling extremly tired. I exercise every morning and do 30 mins on my eliptical in the evening, after every exercise I feel good but about an hour or two later I could just sleep. I fight the urge but go to sleep in the evening around 8pm. I have kids and have to be more energetic throught the day what can I do?

If you are drinking all the water (or maybe you need more) and eating the protein, then you may need to talk to your doctor. Being tired is a BIG symptom of dehydration, so try bumping up your water intake. Hope this helps!
