Dear Drs. I have been diagnosed with psoriasis.  It is on my hands, elbows, heel and toes.  Since I work with people all day they see my hands and it is very upsetting to me.  They are red, scaley, flacky, sometimes the skin is broke open because it gets itchy and then it looks real ugly.  I have used all of the over the counter lotions, tried some really weird concoctions that friends have raved...
