hi i am having some health problems i am having severe pain in my sides pain tenderness in the upper center of my stomach extreme weight loss 70 lbs in 4 and half months tired heart stopping starting pain in my chest dirreaha nausea vomiting can anyone help me?

I'd see your doctor as soon as you can. My guess is that they'll refer you to a gastroenterologist, IMO.

This doesn't sound like something you should just let go and not see a doctor for! IMO
It sound like you might have a bowel obstruction! You need to see a Doctor as soon as possible. If it is a bowel obstruction, it could lead to a preferation of the bowel, which is life threatening! Go to the DOCTOR NOW!
With a weight loss of 70 pounds, have your gallbladder looked at. that ammount of weight loss in that short of time may bring on a issues that has been festering for a long time. Gallbladder attack are bad, you may mistake them for heart attacks.With your symptoms, I would talk to your doctor asap!!!!
