Spent 25 years in the Army. Retired as an E-8 MSG. Worked as a technician on a computer support helpdesk. Am now retired. My time is split between my two hobbies: ham radio and genealogy. Earned my ham radio license in 1960 as KN8SJN. Since then I have held WB5SZO, DA1AK, and NØEOP (extra class). A am active in Emergency Communications with the county and state. I also volunteer on Mondays at my genealogy society library. I am a 3 year cancer survior and ready to get back some more of my life. I enjoy walking through cemeteries and taking pictures of grave markers for others (right now my feet hurt to much for me to do this). I am also working towards earning my certification in genealogy.
