I'm a 47 year old singe mom of an amazing 20 year old son! I am starting a new chapter/ season of my life as I am learning to live my life without my son around all the time. I recently lost about 20 pounds and am trying to get healthier. I had a hysterectomy within the last 18 months and am trying to figure out my new body and hormone issues. I have massive food allergies/ sensitivities and am really challenged to find variety in my diet. I would love to find the person that I will spend the rest of my life with but I feel like I am on hold. I have a strong faith but need help with my physical body. I am a red head that is 5'3". I am about 150 pounds. I have just started watching your show and love it!!
