I have always had to watch my weight. My biggest problem is not being able to control my portion size, and sweets. I have tried many difference weigh loss programs, books etc. I do good for a while but slip back into my old habits of eating the wrong things and too much. I hope diet (17 day) will work for me. I need to lose at least 20 Ibs
