I'm on Cycle day 3 and I'm really hungry.
Is this normal?
For Breakfast (8:30)
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 grapefruit
green tea
First Snack (11:05)
6oz of plain greek yogurt w/ SF jam

I am always hungry in the morning..I eat carrots in between to help me get through till lunch time

I do think it is normal. I experienced the same issue in the beginning, but after a week or so my body adjusted and I was not as hungry at all.
Thank you so much for the positive feed back. I really think day 3 is worse. But I'm determined to do this.. Down 3.5 pds...
What if you added a little turkey or chicken with your breakfast? Maybe that will help.
