Hi damatoy, What has been going on????? I have stayed the same which is ok for me. I had let my girlfriend borrow my book when I was in Colorado and that was 2 weeks ago. She came down and brought it to me Sunday. So off to cycle 1 again. yeah!!!!!!!
I did not remember everything so I am glad that I just remained the same weight. Hope to hear from you soon ♥ ♥ ♥

today 03/29 is my first day on the plan.
I'm a mother and wife. I'm going to be 40 years old this year. I really am missing that wow factor. I want it back.
I do kickboxing the average of 3 times a week and zumba 2 times a week. I have always had to work at being just average.
