I am 24 years old from Ft. Stockton, TX.  I recieved my bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University in December 2007.  I am currently working on my masters degree in nutrition at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX.  I love to cook and enjoy finding recipies that are healthy, nutritious and most importantly flavorful!.  I want to go to culinary school in the future.  I am passionate about educating others about nutrition and health and want to work in reducing childhood obesity in the Hispanic population as well as health promotion.
