I am 63 years young and always see the glass as half full. I love life but if I don't lose this weight, I'm going to cut my life way too short.

I have 4 wonderful sons (2 sets of twins) and 7 beautiful grandchildren. My family is what I'm living for and I want to be around to watch my grandchildren marry.
