I'm a 49 y/o Mom of 2 adult daughters, Amanda and Rachel.  I have one amazing grandson, Conor (Rachel's).  Due to health issues, I am in the process of applying for disability.  The show gives me lots of information about how to care for my body and spend as much time with my family as God allows.

One thing that does stress me are the "Migraine Cures".  Nothing and I mean NOTHING has come close to curing my migraines.  They are mostly related to degenerative disk disease and osteoporosis, however I have several triggers that I am learning every day.  Instead of advertising these as cures, why not post them as possible cures, better yet, Help for Migraines.
