I'm 68 years old, and I try to walk two miles everyday at our local recreation center, and I'm recovering from major back surgery last January, with 8 titanium screws and rods in my back, was in car accident in June of 2010 when other car hit me broadside, and I still have back pain 24/7, but I just keep pushing ahead.
