I am a personal trainer/massage therapist. I have tried all the various methonds to lose weight and keep it off. I cannot seem to get extremely defined abs. I have what I call Baby fat sitting on top my abs. you can feel them underneath. I have trimmed my body. 5'10 170 30w just can't reveal my abs like I want. I know genetic, training, and food intake play a part. UGH

I like to do leg lifts. I use to do these a lot when I was still playing soccer. It burns that little annoying fat around the waist. You can also use the medecine ball and do wave thrusts...I too am trying to get myself back into shape. Three years of being away has caught up with me. Good luck, my wife will be happy when she can finally do laundry of my stomach again...lol
Take care, Jeff
I too would like to know the secret to keeping that mid section weight off. As a former bodybuilder, I know that your diet is a major part of finding abs....but why does one have to eat so clean????? It is just not fair....
