About Me
Today is the first day of the rest of my life! I am 46 and ready to be skinny, or at least healthy and diabetic free! I am doing this diet in partnership with my hubby Tomsv and we are both excited. I know it will take one day at a time but with effort and partnership from my hubby we will succeed and if he gives up .I WILL SUCCEED. I am 242.5 lbs strong and hope to get to my goal of 175.

Wow I woke up this morning and weighed myself I went from 242.5 to 237.2 on my first day of the diet.!!! now i realize this isn't going to be a reoccurring thing but wow??!!! how is it possible?? Thats a whole sack of taters... probably because I peed every 10 mins...
I am alive!
I made it through every meal in my first day unscathed and feeling good... 16 days to go in cycle 1!!!

I undeerstand what you mean about a chicken lettuce wrap sounding good right about nowLOL. You make me laugh. I am gonna switch off apples grapes I already put onions. to make it more of a salad or just lay it on the leaves and have a salad like that hmmm ♥¸ . ♥¸ .♥¸
I am on my eigth day and am very excited how things are going. It was a tough wekend with all the football and work I did so much better than before, It's all about long term success and I took a step toward eating like normal person.That is what I am focusing on and not the little slip ups. Hopefully you had a great weekend.

Hi Samantha....may I suggest you get Wii Just Dance and try that. I LOVE dancing and after 2 dance routines I was sweating like a pig before a bbq! It's fun and the time flies by! I do it with my kids and hubby! I video taped them with my cell phone and have threatened to put it on Facebook! lol
Nursey..that is hilarious you had to check your man for evidence! You crack me up! No, your not be obsessed with the diet. I'm doing the same thing. I think until we get used to it..it's all you think about. I know the secret is to be prepared for the next meal. I might cheat when I have to wait for my food to cook. Here's a tip: I chew gum when I'm preparing my meal (I'm a grazer) and when I'm feeling like I want to cheat. I get that new chocolate/mint gum. It's like my little treat. Hope you ladies have a great day. Day 2..and I'm 5 lbs down! yay
Thanks for the info on the dvds. I am good at getting started but I get burned out fast. I have a lot of dvds and a wii. lol. Can I get the dvds at wal-mart. I think I do need to change I am very sore. I am losing on the diet so I am still very happy and motivated. The people on here help also. My goal is the same as you 199. We can do this thanks again for the support. off to work out.

Hehe suntan about the bigmac comment I told hubby if I smell a hamburger on him when he returned home from store he had better have one for me too. How bad am I! I hope I am not being obsessed with this it's pretty much a main focus at the moment is this normal? I am waiting for my brain to tell me I feel full!
