MAKING NEW FRIENDS

HEY EVERY ONE IWOULD LIKE TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS ON THIS SITE. IAM A FUN LOVING FRIENDLY PEOPLE PERSON LOL. IM A GREAT LISTENER AND MY SHOULDERS ARE BIG ENOUGH FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE TO CRY ON. IN THE PAST 3 YEARS IVE HAD A LOT TO DEAL WITH I TOOK A REALLY BAD FALL IN JANRUARYOFTHIS YEAR. I FELL BACKWARDS FROM A STANDING POSITION AND HIT MY LOWER BACK,MYMIDDLE BACK, MYNECK, AND THE BACK OF MY HEAD OF THE CONCRETE AT SHEETZ. WELL THE TOOK ME TO THE HOSPITAL AND DID A CT SCAN I DID NOT HAVE A CONCUSSION THANK GOD. BUT I LOST MY SENSE OF SMELL IMSLOWLY GETTING IT BACK BUT ITS ROUGH NOT TOBE ABLE TO SMELL THINGS LOL. MY DOCTOR SENT ME FOR AN MRI AT LATROBE HOSPITAL TO SEE IF THE FALL DID ANY DAMAGE TO MY BRAIN I SURE HOPE NOT.I WAS WATCHING AN EPISODE OF THE DOCTORS AND THEY SAID THAT WHEN A PERSON FALLS AND HITS THERE HEAD IT CAN CAUSE THEM TO HAVE A BRAIN TUMOR. THEY EVEN LIST THE WARNING SIGNS AND I CHECKED IT OUT. WELL I DO HAVE SOME OF THE WARNING SIGNS AND IT SCARES ME. IVE HAD STAGE 1 KIDNEY CANCER AND THEY GOT IT ALL THANK GOD. I HAVE TO KEEP GOING BACK EVERY YEAR TO MAKE SURE IT DOSENT EVER COME BACK. SO IF ANYONE NEEDS OR WANTS TO CHAT GIVE ME A HOLLER LOL AND I WILL HOLLER RIGHT BACK TILL THEN SEE YA LOL

This is a good place to make new friends ! I have met some of the nicest most generous people thanks to this site . Sounds like you had a really bad fall . OUCH ! I have had a few head injuries in my time as well . I was thrown througha sliding door and it they pavement head first . I did have a pituiatry adenoma about 14 yrs ago . but that s it tumor wise.Now i just have to deal with Meniere's disease.

Welcome to the site. Sounds like you have had more than your share

to deal with. How did the mri turn out? have you got the results yet?

I have taken a few falls myself, never the head, but I have found

that all the pains usually show up days later, at least mine did. You

will find a lot of friendly, helpful people here. I wish you the best
