hi, my name is charbel riachy from lebanon ,i'm a student    i have ( back pain )   and the pain spred to my leg my doctor tell me to take ( DIFFEN B12) but its not working  ,  what is the solution and i'm scared to to practice (phisioterapie) cz many doctors told me its not good i'm 21 years old . thank you
