What is the difference between exercise-induced anaphylactic shock, and exercise-induced asthma?  Without a day-to-day inhaler and a rescue inhaler I can't exercise because of asthma.  Would I go into anaphylactic shock in any way if I didn't use the inhalers?  I do carry around an epi-pen with me for other reasons but never thought of possibly needing it during exercise. I have been treated for Fibromyalgia for 10+ years.It has many common conditions and symtoms that are painful. But recently my Dr. noticed that in my early stage Ankylosing Spondylitis was mentioned.
