The discussion was mainly focused on girls, however, we must also educate our sons. I have 2 boys 11 and 13. I have always had a very open and honest dialoge with them and not getting a girl pregnant is most definatly part of that dialog. I have even discussed the use of condoms even if the girl says she is using other protection, and not just for the disease factor, but the trust factor. Because a girl trying to get herself pregnant is just as much a risk as a sexually transmitted disease!! BE REAL PARENTS!!!!

I notice this a lot too, girls really get it rough from schools and parents when it comes to teen sex or pregnancy. I would definatly like to see people trying to get through to boys more. They have to be responcable too. Good for you fo talking to your sons so early on about it :)
