Hi,

  I was 53 yesterday.  I am currently overweight, that has been my life.  I had a gastric by pass in 1990.  I lost 169 pounds in 9 1/2 months.   I was in and out of relationships cause I seperated after losing the weight to mu husband of 17 years.  I gained over 120 pounds of it back the next few years.  Then about 6 years ago, I went on Atkins and lost over 80 pounds.  Through the last 5 years, I have lost and gained.  I had a total knee replacement, 3 years ago.  I still have almost 100 pounds still lost from the gastric bypass but I need to lose at least 125 more.  I was injured at work over 5 years ago and have not worked since then.  From injuries sustained at work, has caused me not to work again.  I have been on pain meds for years.  Currently, I am receiving pain meds and Lidoderm shots.  The Lidoderm shots have made me feel so much better since the pain meds have lost their ability to help, cause I have been taking them for so long. I am married to a Federal Police Officer and we have moved a few times since then.  We are now in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  He works on a Military base, that is why we have moved.
