I live in Northern Kentucky (across the river from Cincinnati, Oh) I am a mother of 4 children. My oldest would have just turned 23 this past October, however, we lost him to Congestive Heart Failure on October 12, 2009. I have a 17 year old boy with x-linked mental retardation, as did his older brother. I have a 16 and a 14 year old daughter.

I feel like I am going through a mid-life crisis right now, I am 41 and I have been very depressed lately. I find life unfulfilling and I feel fat and ugly. I am hoping I can find answers here.
