I am very confused with my lip lately.  just my upper lip has seemed to be chapped and peeling constantly lately. I've been using blistex like crazy but it doesn't seem to be helping.. My lip burns when i drink anything with spice and it gets so dry its hard to smile, it almost looks like it flattens out as well..

please help anyone!
