Well I go to a rhumatologist.  I have to take several different meds to control the symptoms.  I have nerve pain in my feet so I take cymbalta, sore and cramping muscles so I take oxycontin and muscle relaxers, I have GERD so I take zantac for my stomach.  I also take tamazapam for sleep or I don't sleep...It is a never ending thing...it comes and goes...some days are worse than others.  Today is a good say I got to go swimming to keep myseld limber...I was exhausted by the end but I did feel better...I cut out all processed foods and I eat whole foods which helps....swimming helps in a warm pool and then hit the jacuzi.
