When on this page, scroll down to and CLICK Join the Group. (Now there will be a link to this page on the right side of your Profile page making it easy to get back to.) Next choose a team to join and click their icon. When you join a team it will display a PDF with the PLEDGE that you print and sign for your commitment. (This will be a POP UP page. Check your PopUp Settings) When you return to your Profile page you will now see an award icon that shows the team you joined.
Then scroll down farther to find message boards to record your progress and interact with other members. Members are sharing information and recipes as well as support.

Once you join the group and select a team, then just use the website! Post on the Message Boards, Member Profiles or Blogs to participate. The more you participate, the more awards you will earn!
39 year old mother of 2 beautiful boys. heard about the 17 diet on a DVR'd dr. phil show recently. purchased the book a few days ago with plans to begin on a monday, but today is wednesday and after 2 bowls of cereal for breakfast, a huge cheeseburger, fries and onion rings for lunch (ate every morsel) ,and a candy/honey bun binge shortly after lunch, i figured that i should begin tomorrow. need all the help i can get since i have come to the depressing conclusion that i am addicted to food. i love food- all food, healthy and unhealthy. the problem is that i eat healthy food and supplement with unhealthy food and all of it together is a whole lot of calories. i am chunky and gaining more weight by the day. currently have an on-line weight watcher account, but an unable to stick to any kind of diet. today i have purchased about 3 days worth of food for this diet and am planning to begin tomorrow. i am very afraid that i will fail, but am excited about starting it just in case it works!!!!!
