About Me
I am the mother of 2 children, a daughter that is 12 and a son that is 6 years old. I've been overweight my entire life - The first time I ever realized I was overweight was when I was weighed in front of the entire class in fourth grade and I was 80#, the rest of the class was 70# or under. In high school I was active and kept my weight around 180 ish. During my first pregnancy I gained 60# and never really lost it I was topping the charts weighing in around 260. In 2003/2004 during my second pregnancy I refused to let myself become a 300# person. I carefully watched what I ate, ate extremely healthy and gained only 17# (all under the care of my physician). I've lost and gained the same 50# a few times over the past 6 years - My lowest weight recorded in the last 5 years is 252.6. In 2010 with just watching what I was eating and excercise I managed to lose and keep off 30#. I am extremely excited to get on with the 17 day program. As I am writing I am into day #11 with this program and a total loss of 6.4 (In the past 17 days) but 10# together as I started for a week then didn't continue through the holidays and restarted on 1/3. I am currently weighting in at 255.6 only 3# from the lowest weight I've been in 5 YEARS! I'm excited to be under that weight and finally rid myself of this extra baggage.
Underneath all this FAT I am athletic... I love to play all kinds of sports, jog, rollerblade, hike , ski, etc. I am a FAT-LETE an athlete who is FAT! I even coach a U8 soccer team!
When I have lost 50# I am flying to see my BEST FRIEND in CALIFORNIA that I have not seen since her moving in 2009! She infact is the person that turned me on to the 17 day program! Thanks Ang :) xoxo
