I'm 54 years old, look fab in clothes, married to a wonderful man, have 4 children and 7 grand kids, sleepless in west palm beach, going thru menopause, having more hot flashes than i can count. need to loose 20lbs, i eat fairly healthy, and work out 3-4 times, but can't seen to sleep or loose the weight. HELP!
