Day 1, Cycle 1

Well today was the day, I finally started the 17 Day Diet.  And thus far, it is pretty cool.  The only thing I dislike so far is the Green Tea, but heading to the store to pickup some Truvia, to add.  I worked out for 40 minutes today, with a combination of jogging and walking (mostly walking) but that was okay, it's a starting point.  I'm having the foods delivered through BistroMD, the meals are not to bad, a little bland, but I add seasoning to fit my taste.  When I normally start a diet, on the 1st day I'm always craving the foods I can't have anymore right not, but not today.  No craving, and sweet tooth is under control.  I have a 133 lbs to lose, and my starting weigh is 273.  So, I'm going for it.  AIN'T KNOW STOPPING ME NOW!

There are different kinds of green tea and different manufacturers...there is lemon green tea, etc, and different companies make green tea.  In the tea aisle there is usually different flavors of green tea.

Stick to brewing your own green tea and adding the Truvia!!  I hate tea but with the Truvia it's actually pretty good!  Also, be careful of the seasonings.  The first 17 days are meant to flush your system of sugar, sodium, etc.  :-)

My problem was trying to keep up with the 8 - 8 oz. glasses of water on top of the green teas!  I felt like I was floating all day!  Stay close to the bathroom!!!
