Love music, especially guitar music. I consider myself a good singer. I am diabetic and overweight by about 100 pounds. I am married to a man who is also diabetic and has severe bipolar disorder. I enjoy spending time with family, but tire easily and can't take too much of the grandbabies. My husband and I are in our early to mid 50's and like to spend free time fishing. We both have heart trouble, but don't let it get us down. We are newly weds of two years in March of 2012. I have found my soul mate and we love your show.

I really enjoyed the show that introduced the weights that had water in them. They were easy to transport and you just fill them with a certain amount of water to get a certain weight. There was no need to fill them completely with water unless that was the amount of weight you were trying to achieve. Great idea!
