osteoarthritis in both knees, before all of that had surgery on the right knee for torn meniscus.. knee has been swollen ever since. no fluid though. any suggestions for firming of the quads and knees?  on my 3rd month of fitness class and with any kind of exercise the rt, knee really swells up. had surgery way back in 2002!!
