Cold weather joint pain

We are currently having blackberry winter or thats what someone told me yesterday.I always seem to have joint pain but this litlel cold snap seems to make it worse. Since my knee surgerys, ankle and shoulder strains it just hurts more to get going. I suppose I'm just gtting older and now understanding what my grandparents talked about.
