WOW I GOT A GREAT SUPRISE THIS MORNING!!! I HAVE REACHED THE 50 POUND LOSS!!!! I AM SO STOKED! 15-20 POUNDS TO GO AND MY HUGE GOAL WILL BE MET! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU THAT HAVE ENCOURAGE ME HUGGED ME AND GAVE ME ADVICE. LAST NIGHT I WENT BLONDE! I HAVE NEVER BEEN BLONDE AND ALL MY COWORKERS AND PATIENTS COMENTED HOW BEAUTIFUL IT IS!!!

You are such a great inspiration! That is such a huge accomplishment! I've never heard of the expression, 'I am so stoked', but I know that it means that you're fired up and strong! That is so neat!
Fantastic!!! Way to go.That is a great accomplishment. I have only lost half of what you have and I feel great about that! I can understand you being so stoked. You have the determination and drive that is needed and by sharing it with us you are helping us to keep going too. I still have another 15 to go.
