I would talk to your doctor.  There are different things they can do to help.  Plus it might help calm your nerves.

I'm like this all the time when it comes to my period. i get upset really really easy and i just want to cry and yell at people. I'm in so much pain buring my period that i'm crying most of time even when i was at school.

Hey, I have the same problem. It's usually the lower part of my stomach that hurts. I can't sit, stand, lie down, or walk. My mom gave me a warm cup of milk, and it made a HUGE difference. Try it, maybe it'll work. =)

I get so sick when it comes that i can't harly eat or drink anything. I just want to lay there. I can't move or nothing

Yeah, that's true. My mom forced it into me, too. Maybe you can get someone to bring the milk to you. Just put it in a cup and warm it up for a minute. If it doesn't taste too good, try adding a little sugar.

I used to get so bad that I remember mum and daddy keeping me home from school, even taking me to the ER worried that the cramps were something other then normal period cramps.  What finally worked for me was magnesium suppliments taken all month.  I had to take triple the normal amount during my period, but the normal amount any other time.  My doctors told me this made sense to them, that magnesium relaxes muscles and can even be used to stop preterm labour.

I don't talk to my dr about that kind of stuff.  I know i should but i don't.

Dear Band, if you plan to be a nurse or an emt, you will need to learn to talk to doctors.  we are a wise and wonderful group here, but we cannot diagnose you online.  You need to be seen by a professional, and you need to have an exam that would get to the bottom of this.  As Pink says, you are young, you don't want to experience this for the next 40 years.  Good luck and keep us updated.  bobbie

Ladies, this one’s for you: Studies have shown that a high intake of calcium and vitamin D can help reduce the symptoms of PMS.

I found this on this website. Right when I read it, I thought about you, so I'm deciding to share it with you. Hope it helps!
