I've been staying pale and have been hurting in my right shoulder and in my right side since i had a car accident on Jan 24th. What could this be? I've been to the dr and they that i was just brused up but the pain is still going on. It will come and go in my stomach that is on the right side.

Do i have to go to a GYNO for testing for down there or can i go to my regular doctor? I went to the dr monday and they done a pelvic utlasound and it showed a cysts on my overies. Do i have to go to the GYNO for that or can i stay with my regular doctor?????
