Is this RSD pain condition similar to the pain condition RND (Reflex Neurovascular Dystrophy) a condition caused by an abnormal reflex of the sympathetic nervous system. It sounds so similar with exception to age of person. It seems RND affects children and RSD is in adults? My son, now 18, was diagnosed and had early treatment at the age of 8. Thankfully it worked and he lives a normal life with no adverse affects, although it will always be something for him to watch for possibly returning.
