End of cycle 3
Sunday I finished the last of the cycles and now I am ready to start on the other part of my diet. I have been waffling between cycle 2 and staying on cycle 3 for a month to see if I can lose weight on cycle 3. If it does not work I will go back on cycle 1. Well all the kids are at church, I should be there also. I weighed today and I have lost another 4 pounds. I have not been following cycle 3 as closely as the book states as I am just not that hungry. I will be changing back to cycle 2 and then repeating cycle 3 again till all this extra weight is gone. Have u been experiencing any setbacks- I know some ppl have been passing out etc?I'm wanting to start this diet plan but want to get as much feedback as possible b/f I start.

Hi ascrib. Yes I begin cycle 3 this weekend - Sunday. My weight loss seems to be at a stand still. I will weigh again on friday or saturday - will keep everyone posted.
Good morning - I try to eat all of the foods that are required for a particular mean but find myself not hungry for the next one - especially the evening meal. Since I am not working I might not eat breakfat until 10 am then lunch about 2. I try to eat the last meal before 6 but I don't always be hungry.
How are you?
The cookies were just about the best thing I ever tasted. I had a hard time finding almond paste so I made my own from raw almonds and a little flaxseed oil. Yesterday I finally found almond paste at Target. (who would guess?) The receipe makes quite a large batch of good sized cookies. I am sharing them with my husband so I can bake some more.
Good morning ascrib - hope all is good with you and the weight is coming off. I finished cycle 1 on Wednesday (without the book, still wating for it). All the info in the blogs and on the message board have been very helpful.
Just checking in on my pals- Way to go on your completion of cycle 1- what do you think about the 2nd cycle? I am finding it not much different but I don't know if I am putting enough variety and food into my "cycle 2" days. How are you making out on it?

Way to stick to it!!!! I also feel like Bugs Bunny--I get all the salad toppings like carrot shavings, bell peppers, mushrooms, and just munch on those most of the time--I have a great salad bar at work which helps me stick to it each day for dinner!
