Blackberry and Vodka Lemonade:
• 2 ounce yuzu juice
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce agave nectar
3 ounce vodka
1 handful of muddled blackberries

• Blackberries
o Have anthocyanin, an antioxidant that helps prevent cancer and other age-related diseases.
o A recent study found that adding ethanol -- the type of alcohol found in vodka -- to blackberries boosts their antioxidant levels.

• Lemons
o Rich source of vitamin C.
o Help prevent and treat infections and fever.
o Effective in helping digestion ailments.
o Natural antiseptic.
