Heidi Montag: I Wish I'd Gone to Therapy before My Plastic Surgeries

Heidi Montag made headlines in 2010 for having 10 plastic surgery procedures done in one day. She joins The Doctors to reveal the truth behind all of her surgeries and why she wishes she had waited to go under the knife.

The former reality star details all of her procedures for The Doctors revealing she had her back scooped, a mini eyebrow lift, lip injections, her chin sculpted, liposuction, breast implants, two nose jobs, a recent breast reduction and just last year surgery on her arms. She tells ER physician Dr. Travis Stork and plastic surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon that she initially only considered getting work done on her nose and breasts, but the process snowballed.

Looking back, Heidi tells The Doctors she wishes she had not had done so much, so fast.

“I was making very reckless, impulsive decisions. I was too young to be making decisions like that are life-altering. Thank God I’m OK and everything turned out well, but I certainly wouldn’t suggest that, I wouldn’t recommend that,” she explains. “I wish I would have gone to a therapist and thought about why I was doing all these things. I think that I made these decisions too quickly. I made them all in one month. I didn’t have a year to think about it.”

As for her personal life, which the world used to have a peek into on reality series, she and her former “Hill” co-star Spencer Pratt are still happily married, going on 10 years together. The couple is about to embark on a new chapter for their family.

“Our next step is a baby, soon hopefully. So, we’re going to go on that adventure,” she reveals.

One aspect of her life that she appears to have closed the book on is altering her appearance. Heidi tells Dr. Stork and Dr. Ordon that she’s now “done with surgery.”
